Project logistics refers to the comprehensive planning, management, and operational execution of large-scale and multi-phase transport and supply chains. A project shipment may involve the door-to-door transport of an entire plant or a single oversized or specialized unit. It may also consist of delivering materials, individual items, or batch shipments to one destination from multiple points of origin using different modes of transport.

Project shipments are often special cases involving oversized units, consignments originating from multiple locations, or deliveries to challenging environments. Every project shipment is unique. We plan each transport individually, taking into account not only the nature of the cargo but also the laws and regulations of the country of origin, transit countries, and the destination country.

We ensure that the entire transport chain progresses as planned—safely and on schedule. This is not about a single delivery, but a comprehensive operation combining multiple modes of transport and coordination between various parties.

We manage the project from start to finish—from transport planning and scheduling to supervision of loading and documentation. The scope may include sea and air transport and related chartering, road and rail transport, special transports, and the carriage of dangerous goods. When required, we also arrange packing and warehousing services to safeguard the condition of the goods throughout the entire supply chain.
